July 28,2010- We have used your service for the second time and had an excellent service right down to where we were delayed an hour and a half due to weather in Atlanta, The FL Tour driver was waiting for us at baggage claim as they were able to follow our flight. This was very welcome after our journey from Ireland. On the way back we were picked up on time and had a smooth journey on both occasions Thanks from the Brownes. Paul July 26,2010- I just wanted to send a quick email to thank you for the outstanding service we received on our most recent trip to Disney. We have used your service before and were skeptical after our last trip (2007) no driver for 30 minutes, dirty van (when we wanted a town car), crazed driver, etc…. However, this trip (July 15 pickup and July 25 drop off) was terrific. Our driver (I am so sorry I forgot his name) was waiting for us both times and was very friendly and attentive. Once again we will go back to telling others of the outstanding service and very reasonable rates we received from Fl Tours. We look forward to using your company again in the near future. Greg July 22,2010- I don't think that I can express how fantastic FLtours was for me and my family. On July 10th, leaving from Philadelphia, our flight was cancelled due to aircraft problems. I called FLtours and to make a long story short, we never made it to Orlando until 8 hours after we were due. Not sure what to expect, we found Harry waiting for us at the luggage pickup. Thank you so much for understanding our situation and sending Harry to rescue us from on miserable start to our vacation. We couldn't have asked for a more personable driver. Harry was fantastic. The complimentary grocery stop was great, and we made it to our resort without issue. Our pick up was just as fabulous, and much less hassle than the complimentary resort mass transport to and from the airport that we have used in the past, that took twice the time and had several hotel stops! Will use this service again. Good evening, The morning of our flight back, Ali was there promptly at 9 am & ever the gentleman, he was out of the car & loading our suitcases and holding the door open for us. I had tipped him on the drop-off already, but also mentioned that I wanted to put in a good word for him. To let his bosses know how much I appreciated the attention we got and all for $109 roundtrip. What a bargain! I come from NY and I can honestly say that I can't remember the last time I got such good service...from anyone. Ali was GREAT, he made a trip that started out so scattered & rushed, a little more smooth by doing his job and doing it without an attitude. It was great to arrive at the airport and have a courteous driver and a van big enough for the eight of us. My children were very impressed with the luxurious van while I was thrilled with the direct service. The two pick ups on different days were done with efficiency and again, we had a great driver. My friends that traveled to Shades of Green also had paid less for their transportation with another service but suffered with the multiple stops upon their arrival and the 3 hour advance of departure pick up back to the airport. No room for improvement in my book!! - Jason K February 04, 2007 - We have absolutely no complaints! The cars were spotless, and February 05, 2007 - "We just got back from our vacation to WDW. The beginning of our vacation was a nightmare, but it had a happy ending. Here is our story: We booked a hotel (which shall remain nameless) back in early December. We received a phone confirmation and an email confirmation. A down payment had already been charged to our credit card. On Wednesday, December 27 my wife and I, along with our two daughters (ages eight and five) arrived in Orlando at 11:00 p.m. via Southwest Air. A driver from FL Tours was at the airport to pick us up and take us to our hotel. However, the driver told us he had called ahead to the hotel and was told that the hotel was closed for renovations. We were sure there had been some mistake (we had a confirmation number, our VISA had already been charged), so we had him call again. After repeated phone calls from our driver and me, we were finally convinced that the hotel was in fact closed. Someone from the hotel referred our driver to a sister hotel, so we called that number. Unfortunately, there were no vacancies. Our driver also noted that the number he called was in a different area code. We had booked this particular hotel specifically because it was close to Disney and there was a free shuttle to the parks. Fortunately our driver from FL Tours, Daren Deneau, was great. He told us that we were his last stop and he wouldn t leave us until we had a hotel. We told Daren we were looking for something about $100 per night, close to the parks, with a free shuttle (essentially what we had already booked) . While Daren drove from the airport, his office began calling hotels in the area. Unfortunately, they got back to us shortly to let us know they had called around and there was no way we were going to find something for that price on such short notice during Christmas week. We asked them to look for something less than $150 per night. In the meantime, Daren drove us around the Palm Parkway area. We stopped at a few hotels, including the Holiday Inn Express, but no rooms were available. We saw the Comfort Inn had a vacancy, so we quickly drove there. However, the woman at the front desk said they had booked their last room five minutes ago and hadn t changed the sign yet. Eventually, after about 90 minutes of driving and calling (and a minor crying spell from my eight-year-old daughter) we found a room at the Residence Inn for $149 per night. We wound up staying there all week (it was very nice) and our original hotel agree to reimburse us for our added expense. So it all worked out in the end. But I shudder to think what would have happened to us if we had decided to rent a car, or if we had used a car service less "user-friendly".
